There is no quick way to cook spaghetti squash – most take over an hour to get that stringy deliciousness just right.. One of the easiest though – is thinking of it as a ‘baked potato’

Stab a few sharp holes in it (make sure they go into the centre cavity).. and then place right in the oven!

Bake on 350 for an hour, take it out, let it cool and then cut that baby in half!

*ps. a fork is the best way to make it stringy and also capture a ton of seeds.
