Red Wine Ribs

No golddiggin’ needed.

What you’ll need:

1 package beef short ribs
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/3 cup red wine
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of parsley
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon flour

Mix the wine, garlic, soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, sesame and olive oil, parsley and oregano in a bowl. If it has more of a wine flavour then add a little more lemon juice! Add the flour after and whisk together.. Lay the beef ribs in a casserole dish and cover with the sauce you just mixed together.

Let it sit for about an hour or two.. Heat up that BBQ and get ready for deliciousness.

Place them on the grill and glaze with the red wine sauce.. turn them over a few times and glaze again until they are done!
