This garlic parmesan sauce can go with anything! Shrimp, chicken, pork, etc., but I used chicken. Despite my crappy filming quality in this video, this parmesan chicken recipe is actually pretty delicious. I was a bit wary, but it turned out ok!
What you’ll need:
Package of chicken thighs or breasts cut into strips
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 heaping teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 dashes of pepper
Throw the chicken into a pan and cook on medium.
While it’s cooking, mix olive oil, mayo,
garlic, cheese and pepper into bowl. It should be a thick consistency. If it isn’t add, a teeny bit more mayo.
When the chicken has been cooked thoroughly (and any excess water has been cooked off) pour in the olive oil, parm mix.. Sautee the chicken until it gets crispy on the outside.
