Kale Chips

Even Batman can’t resist this crispy, cheesy goodness.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • What you'll need:
  • 1 bunch of Kale
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 2-3 dashes of pepper
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cheese in a bowl. Chop (or tear) up the kale and put into another bowl. Add in the olive oil mix and toss until the kale is coated..
  2. Place on baking sheet, and cook at 350 until crispy.

  1. Is it really necesssary to use palm oil in these chips??? I dont think so..I and many other vegans would rather pay and extra 50 cents or a dollar if you would use coconut oil! Plus the health benefits of the coconut oil how could you not want to use it?? So silly. Read about whats going on if you care about this planet..

      1. Hi Jessica! Thanks for visiting! I don’t think I have a recipe that uses palm oil or a recipe for spicy banana chips! But I do care about this planet so please use coconut oil in whatever recipe you are thinking of 😊
