Soooo. I’m obsessed with cheese
I also have a new found love of deep frying. So I made mozzarella cheese bites! They turned out OK – they tasted so yummy (especially when you dip it in sriracha mayo).. my only problem was the deep frying.. It was only my second time trying it and some of the cheese came out.
BUT.. they still turned out better than I expected and tasted SO good.
If I must recommend one thing – its to definitely dip the cheese in egg, then panko and repeat.. It gives it an extra layer and helps hold the cheese in when it melts.
