Step 1. Grab a potato (or 3)
Step 2. Cut that potato into desired fry width
Step 3. Let them sit for 2-4 hours (to dry out)
Step 4. Put on a greased tray and add spices (I used pepper, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley)
Step 5. Bake for an hour at 350.. then broil for 5-10 minutes on high to crisp them up.
