Getting tired of the same old food?

This is a good way to change up the chicken, using panko and cream cheese! It’s amazing. I used herb & garlic cream cheese to give it more of a taste.

What you’ll need:

  • 5 chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp herb & garlic cream cheese
  • 1/2 handful green onions
  • 1/2 handful of parsley
  • flour
  • panko

First things first, heat up the herb and garlic cream cheese in a pan, stirring frequently so it does not burn to the bottom. When it’s softened enough, add in your parsley and green onions.

Take your chicken and dry it off with a paper towel. If you don’t do this, the cream cheese kinda slips off the chicken. Sprinkle some flour and rub the top of each piece of meat.

Spread the cream cheese on top each piece of meat before sprinkling the panko or bread crumbs on top.

Bake at 400° for 45 minutes! Enjoy!
