It’s that time again! It’s Easter/Passover! and I’m sure you all are having a lovely feast. I know I ALWAYS have mashed potatoes on special occasions and we ALWAYS have tons of leftovers.. While most of the time, we end up making a sheppards pie.. This time I decided to change it up. I rolled all the leftovers into balls and fried’em up!
All you need is flour, egg, panko (breadcrumbs) and olive oil (for frying).
note: if you want a good recipe for mashed potatoes, check out my Aligot Fail.. even though it didnt turn out like the French recipe – IT WAS SO GOOD.
