Summers coming fast! Time to bust out the ice cream maker! I made some chocolate/mocha ripple ice cream and it’s super easy. You dont really need a machine, it’s just easier to create the ripple with it that’s all. So here’s how to make ripple ice cream.
So usually with an ice cream maker, you have to have a bowl of some sort in the freezer, so take that out.
Pour in 1 1/2 cups of cream into a bowl, add in 1 cup of milk, 4 tsp of sugar and then 2 tbsp of vanilla extract. Mix until all the sugar has dissolved.
Once that’s dissolved. star up the ice cream maker and pour in the mixture.. Let it stir for about a half an hour. It should start getting thicker.
Once it starts thickening up.. quickly put it into a bowl or pan. Top it with chocolate sauce or mocha sauce and swirl it through the ice cream. Must do this quickly or it will start melting.
Cover and freeze until you eat it!
