It’s almost SUMMER – that means it’s time for COLD pasta. This delicious recipe mixes deviled eggs and pasta salad! .. so it’s technically a GLUTEN FREE DEVILED EGG PASTA SALAD!
So first things first, hard boil about 6 eggs and your quinoa pasta.
Once the eggs are done – peel and throw into a bowl. Add in some salt and pepper and then mush! Mash it good!
Add in 2 tsp of dijon mustard and 3 tsp of mayo. Mix again.
THEN add in 1 tsp of white vinegar, a bunch of BACON, hot sauce and smoked paprika. MIX again.
Finally once that’s all DONE, add in the 2 cups of quinao noodles. Top with MORE hot sauce if you want and some DILL!
Refrigerate before serving so it’s nice and cold!
