It’s gettin hot out! That means bustin out the BBQ. This delicious grilled corn on the cob recipe includes SMOKED cheese to give it a big KICK. So, it’s basically smoked corn, expect.. not.
Here’s how to make BBQ corn on the cob!
Start by taking out some foil.. enough that it will cover the cob. Put a little oil in a line. Add in some pepper, salt, smoked paprika.. then roll the cob over it to spread the oil over it.
Cover with grated smoked cheese (I used blue cheese).. then roll up in the foil.
BBQ on high until its slightly charred. MMMMM
