Talk about YUM. This super easy one skillet spaghetti is done in NINE minutes. Today’s recipe is garlic cherry tomato pasta!
What you’ll need:
- handful spaghetti noodles
- chopped cherry tomatoes
- teaspoon garlic
- olive oil
- green onions
- 2-2 1/2 cups chicken broth
First, throw some minced garlic into a large pan, heat it up, then add some green onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and some parsley/oregano.
Sautee. Once they are lightly browned, add in some chicken broth (or you can use vegetable broth if you want to make it vegetarian)
Bring that to a boil – it shouldn’t take too long. Add in your pasta.. cover if possible and wait until it’s nice and done. Mix all together and EAT!
Top with some parmesan!
