This one pot basil pasta is super easy, especially because it is for ONE person. A great, quick meal for the on-the-go person!
In this recipe, I forgot to mention the broth, which is what the liquid is at the beginning. See below for full recipe!
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- handful spaghetti
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- parsley, onion and coriander seeds
Bring one cup of broth to a boil in a pan, drop in your spaghetti. The broth should reduce while you cook, add more if you’re spaghetti isn’t done by the time it reduces.
Once the broth has reduced and your spaghetti is cooked, mix in the garlic and herbs. Add in the cheese and basil last, stirring so the cheese mixes in.
You’re basically done! Enjoy!
