Ok – I know I use fathead dough ALL the time, but its sooo versatile. So today, I made some super easy keto bacon twists!

Thats the best thing about this dough – you can literally make anything. If you haven’t seen my other videos, I’ve made stuffed bread, poppers, hot pockets and pierogis!

What you’ll need:

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 cups skim mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Package of bacon
  • Optional spices (coriander seed, parsley, garlic)

We’ve already covered making fathead dough, but if you dont know, it’s just 3/4 cup of almond flour and 2 cups of skim mozzarella cheese heated in a pan… stirring consistently until you have dough.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into strips. Twist your bacon around the dough and VOILA.

Put it onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
