Keto Quiche

** please note: use baking POWDER.

Looking to make a quiche? This video will teach you how to make cheese and onion quiche! Super yummy, PLUS we use BACON on the bottom, making it low in carbs!

This recipe is fairly easy to make.. so don’t worry about screwing it up.

What you will need:

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • parsley
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • paprika
  • salt/pepper

First things first, layer your pie pan with the bacon so it covers the entire bottom.

Throw it in the over at 400 for 30 minutes.

Dump out the grease, but keep the bacon in the pan.

In a bowl, mix together all your other ingredients thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the pan ontop of the bacon.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 350.

When it’s done, you’ll be able to stick a knife or toothpick into the quiche and it will come out clean. If there is still egg that comes out with it, the quiche needs a bit more time.
