You can find any short ribs at your local grocery store. They are not only shorter but thinner than back ribs with no curve.
The dry rub for these keto air fryer short ribs use a mixture of herbs & spices - like paprika, parsley, onion and garlic. Adding a little brown sugar substitute makes it taste amazing!
You will want to dry the ribs out first with a paper towel before brushing it with olive oil. This will get rid of any excess water while the olive oil will brown the outside during cooking.
The best way to cook these short ribs in the air fryer is at 375 for 12 minutes - turning over half way through! Yes it is that easy!
