For the bread, I used my base gluten free white bread recipe. made with almond flour and whey isolate.
Celery, onions and lots of spices are sauteed in butter to make a nice aromatic addition to the toasted bread.
Coating the stuffing mix with chicken or vegetable broth gives it extra flavour!
If you're not baking the stuffing in a bird, then baking it at 375 is perfect!
We made different flavours!
Tastes like it is made from apples but this keto cake is sugar free!
