This keto bread is made with a mixture of vital wheat gluten, almond flour and inulin. It is the closes to real bread I have ever made!

Kneading

When kneading this bread, the best way to do it is using a stand mixer and the paddle attachment until it's nice and stretchy.. Finish it off with a little kneading by hand.

Rising

For this bread to rise, we used inulin! It is a fibre (also known as Benefibre) allowing the bread to be sugar free!

Baking

Only 45 minutes in the oven and this keto bread is DONE. For the perfectly baked inside, make sure to let the bread cool before cutting it open.
