These keto chocolate chip waffles are made using almond flour and a little bit of protein powder. Using a bit of almond flour will allow it to rise with a fluffy interior.
Only 1 egg and a splash of cream (or nut milk) and these low carb waffles are ready for the waffle maker.
Super easy. Just scoop the dough into your waffle maker and bake for 3-5 minutes until nice and brown!
If you don't want to use almond flour, you also have the option of using coconut flour, lupin flour, oat fibre or just protein powder. See the next slides for the recipes!
