This delicious keto hot and sour soup is an amazing broth-based dish. A little tangy, a little spicy, its the perfect combination.
The sour taste in this keto soup comes from vinegar! Who knew! The best kind to use is rice vinegar.
The traditional hot and sour soup usually is made with bamboo shoots, lily buds and wood ear fungus. However some of these ingredients are not common in the U.S. & Canada. So we used shiitake mushrooms instead.
