Looking for a dessert but on an low-carb diet? This keto chocolate mousse is PERFECT for fixing those cravings. Plus, there’s only three ingredients!

This recipe serves TWO and is SO easy to make!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of heavy/whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tsp liquid sweetener (I used twin sugar liquid, but you can substitute for powdered stevia, or any other keto-friendly sweetener)

Dump all those ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes until your mixture thickens. It will first turn frothy, so keep mixing. It will eventually thicken up. When you think it looks like ice cream, you’re done!

Put into a bowl and serve! I topped with whipped cream!
