The other day, a friend from work said she had tried a whole cauliflower recipe and it didnt work out. So I told her I’d try my best to come up with something delicious! This one.. is GREAT.
What you will need:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 8 tbsp of butter
- 2 tsp of minced garlic
- 2 tsp of parsley
- 4 tsp of parmesan cheese
Take off the cauliflower leaves and cut the stem so the head of the cauliflower lies flat.
In a bowl, microwave 4 tbsp of the butter. Mix in 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp of parsley and your parmesan cheese.
Pour the butter mixture onto the cauliflower.
Bake at 350 for an hour and 10 minutes. Half way through, pour another 4 tsb of butter, 1 tsp of garlic and parsley over the cauliflower again.
Take out and chop up! I kept the extra butter for more deliciousness. For a big burst of flavour, pour the excess butter onto the head, wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight! SO GOOD!
