Keto Cottage Cheese Dip

Here’s a quick cottage cheese based dip that is one of my favourites. My mom used to make it all the time to dip with crackers and veggies. This cottage cheese dip only has three ingredients, so it’s super easy to make.

I usually blend the cheese together, I love chunky cottage cheese, but my family doesn’t. You don’t have to blend it if you don’t want too.

What you’ll need:

  • 500g Cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash original
  • Handful chopped green onions

It’s really easy, just mix all the ingredients together! If you want to blend it, just add the Mrs Dash, blend and then add the onions.

VOILA. Super easy.

I enjoyed these with some carrots, which in moderation are good.. but you can also use cucumbers or my favourite keto flatbread recipe.
