Keto Garlic Bread

One of the things I hear often is how people miss garlic bread. I miss it too, so I had to try my hand at making some.

Now this recipe is super easy… I left the dough a little sticky to add some moisture.. so if you find the dough is sticking to your hands, just rub some olive oil on them and you should be able to pick it up with no problem.

What you will need:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 roma tomatoes – chopped
  • green onions
  • salt/pepper

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, herbs and spices. Mix in the olive oil, then stir in the 3 eggs.

Mix it together and then roll out on a piece of parchment paper.

Top with the mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and onions.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
