I really enjoy this for two reasons. 1. It tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll! and 2: it’s high in fat!
These are great to make at night and cool in the fridge for a perfect on-the-go breakfast drink! if you’re like me, I don’t usually eat breakfast but I do enjoy a nice cold drink in the morning. This will give you the fat you need and keep you full for hours!
Plus it’s cheaper than Starbucks and healthier.
There are no additives like xanthan gum, instead the cream cheese makes it incredibly smooth and thickens it up at the same time. If you want, you can add some protein powder to the mixture to bump up the protein macros otherwise they are a bit low.
