Looking for the perfect sugar free pumpkin spice creamer for your coffee? Well look no further – I have the BEST one around and it’s SO simple to make. I particularly like to use this keto creamer in ice coffee (that’s my usual go-to) but it also works great in hot coffees, teas or even a nice White Russian!

So it’s pretty vital that you simmer it on the stove – that will give the pumpkin puree and sugar substitute a chance to dissolve so it’s less likely to sink to the bottom later on.

You should also make sure to use a powdered sugar substitute – one that is really finely ground. That will ensure that the sugar substitute doesn’t recrystalize once put in the fridge. I only used around 4-5 tbsp of confectioners sugar substitute to make it fairly strong but you may need to adjust to your tastes! Remember you want the creamer to be stronger than usual because you’ll be adding it to other drinks which will dilute it.

If you do notice that the pumpkin or sugar substitute settles to the bottom – stick the bottle in a bowl of really warm water and stir until the it has dissolved.
