Now I’ve made a few different smoothies – such as my FAVOURITE cinnamon roll smoothie and mint chocolate chip – and they are some of my top drink recipes on the website!
This recipe is also easy to manipulate to your own tastes – add some extra flavouring or almond butter. You don’t even have to use collagen, you can use any other form of protein!
The best part of this recipe is that there are no thickeners like xanthan gum, so it will leave your stomach feeling great!

Also a sidenote for anyone wondering, I made the recipe video with a solid white cup – which doesn’t do any wonders when trying to show it in a video, so I poured it into my other cup so yall can see the smoothie. Just an fyi!
Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie!
A perfect keto smoothie to get your day started! Super easy to make, filled with protein to keep you full until lunch! No sugar added!
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (50g) sugar substitute
- 1 scoop collagen or other protein
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 3/4 cup (180ml) almond milk
- handful of ice
- SO easy to make, just pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend!
- Top with some whipped cream and enjoy!

- NET CARBS: 3.8

LOVE your recipes but i’m a bit confused on this one. I may have missed it in the blog, but is it 12 mini muffins or 12 servings?? I followed to a T and got 24 mini muffins. So I assume that means 1 svg=2 mini muffins?
Oh really?? I got 12 mini muffins, so all my macros are 1 svg= 1 mini muffin! Interesting, maybe my muffin tin was a bit larger than yours! Lucky you! The carbs are even lower!
